3. Eligibility Requirements

General bonus terms and conditions:

9. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bat678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• If Fraudulent Activity Is Suspected
• If KYC verification fails
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the User's Own Request

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the bat678 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once verification has been completed prior to closure.

10. Dispute Resolution
